This book presents some of the classic buildings and most important railway structures that have featured in the National Railway Heritage Awards, now in its 40th anniversary year. It includes the great main line stations such as King s Cross, St Pancras and Paddington and famous railway bridges such as those that cross the rivers Forth and Tay. Officially launched at National Railway Heritage Awards at Merchant Taylors Hall in London on 4th December 2019. This year celebrates the 40th anniversary year of the awards. Restoration Rewarded recalls some of the classic buildings that have been featured in this fascinating annual competition.
